Privacy Policy & Terms
Last updated July 29, 2026 · Operated by Vital Women
Move 10 minutes a day, we store the minimum, your mood is private, your group sees only done-or-not, BC sees anonymous counts, and you can take your data or leave entirely, anytime.
What 10 10 10 is
10 10 10 is a wellness challenge: 10 minutes of movement a day, for 10 weeks, with up to 10 women. It is a motivation tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Check with a health professional before starting a new exercise habit, and stop and seek care if something hurts. You take part at your own pace and your own risk.
Who can use it
You must be 15 or older. If you are under the age of majority in your province, make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you using the app.
Your account
You sign in with a code we email you. There is no password to protect, but your email inbox is the key to your account, so keep it secure. Give us accurate information and only create an account for yourself.
Your group
Groups are private and invite-only. Invite people you actually know. Be kind: cheering is the culture here, and we can remove accounts that harass or abuse other members.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address. Nothing else identifies you, and we never ask for your phone number.
- Your age range, city, and province. Never your exact age or address.
- Your movement: minutes, activity type, and when you logged them.
- Your mood check-ins and any notes you add to them.
- Your group: which group you're in and the colour you picked.
What we never collect
- No GPS routes or location tracking. Your walks stay yours.
- No address book upload. When you invite from contacts, the picking happens on your phone and the text is sent by you from your own Messages app. Your contact list never touches our servers.
- No health records, no wearable data without your explicit opt-in, no ads, no data brokers.
Who sees what
- Your 10 sees: whether you've moved today (“done / not yet”) and your streak. That's it.
- Your mood check-ins are private to you. Your group never sees them. Neither does your host.
- Reporting partners see anonymous totals only: counts grouped by age range and region, never names, emails, or anything that could identify you.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored with Supabase in a Canadian data centre, encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level access rules so each woman can only read what she's entitled to. Sign-in code emails are delivered by Resend.
We don't sell your data
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't run ads. We only share data as described above or when the law requires it.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC's PIPA), you can access, correct, export, or delete your information, and withdraw consent at any time. The Data & Privacy screen in Settings has one-tap “download my data” and “delete my account”. Deletion is immediate and permanent, including your activities and check-ins.
Ending or changing things
You can leave a group or delete your account whenever you like. We may update the app or these terms; if the changes matter, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
